Why use T&N Window & Gutter Cleaning Services?
You will know the cost before we start, and we are fully insured with public and property liability insurance.
We are local and we are flexible. We have invested in professional equipment and in training our staff, because that is what decides whether the result is any good.
How much does cleaning cost?
We come out and look at the property, then give you a fixed price for the work. The visit is free and there is no obligation.
We do not quote over the phone without seeing the job, because a price given blind is usually wrong for one of us.
I only need a small clean. What is the smallest job you will do?
No job is too small. Ask us and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
When and how do I pay?
We accept cash or cheque at the end of the clean.
If you are out when we come, we do the clean anyway and leave an invoice so you can pay by cheque.
What happens if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us straight away and we will come back and put it right. We would rather hear about it than not.
Why should I have the windows, gutters and conservatory roof cleaned on a regular basis?
The outside of your house takes everything the weather does. Winter brings rain, dirt and frost; summer brings bugs and sun. It all builds up.
Left alone it shortens the life of the fabric of the building, and replacing gutters, boards or glazing costs far more than keeping them clean does. Clearing the visible dirt and the spiders is the part you notice. Not paying for a replacement is the part you do not.
