We clean windows with a water-fed pole system that reaches up to 60 feet, so the upstairs glass gets the same attention as the panes you can reach from the ground.
The water we use is purified. That matters because it leaves nothing behind: when the windows dry there are no streaks and no water marks, without anyone needing to buff the glass afterwards.
We clean the frames and the sills on every visit, not just the glass. A clean pane in a dirty frame still looks like a dirty window.
